If the quality of the cake does not meet your expectations due to a fault on our part, you may request a refund or replacement. This applies only if the issue is reported within the stipulated time frame.

c. Non-Returnable Items:

Due to the perishable nature of our cakes, products cannot be returned once accepted by the customer unless there is a valid quality issue as outlined above.


2. Conditions for Refunds and Returns

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  • The issue must be reported within 10 Minutes of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging (if applicable).

  • Evidence, such as photographs, may be required to support your claim.

    • A replacement of the product.

    • A partial or full refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

c. Refund Timeline:

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account.


4. Cancellation Policy

a. Order Cancellation:

  • Orders can be canceled up to 20 Minutes before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 20 Minutes before delivery may not be eligible for a refund due to preparation costs.

Custom cakes, including those with personalized designs or messages, are non-refundable unless there is a clear error or quality issue on our part.

b. Delivery Delays:

We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, such as weather, traffic, or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
